The numbat is proclaimed as Western Australia's official faunal
emblem.

the mural above was created by Belgian street artist ROA and can be found
just outside my local haunt, the Fremantle Markets. It was actually
commissioned for $15000 by the council, because in Perth even the graffiti
is government approved :)
